At SASSYCLASSY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new outfit isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all SASSYCLASSY tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and unwashed.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
